At Floréa Créations, protecting your privacy is a priority. This privacy policy explains how I process your personal data when you use my website and services.

I collect the following types of data:

• Contact data: Name, email address, telephone number (optional) and any information provided through the contact and booking forms or by direct email.
• Order data: Delivery address, billing address and details of the products purchased, including the personalisation information you enter (initials, first name, date, message). These details are passed to Stripe with the payment so that I can make your piece.
• Payment data: Transactions are processed via Stripe. I never have access to your credit card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs collected automatically by my hosting provider (Vercel).
• Cookies and local storage: This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. A technical cookie remembers the language you choose for the duration of your visit. Your basket is kept only in your browser (local storage) and is transmitted only at the time of payment.

4. Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Managing and delivering your orders.
• Communicating about your enquiries.
• Complying with my legal and accounting obligations.
• The technical improvement and security of my website.

5. Data sharing

I neither sell nor rent your data. It is shared only with my technical service providers, for the proper operation of the service:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Vercel: For website hosting.
• Neon: For secure storage of my database.
• Resend: For sending emails (contact form messages and order confirmations).

6. Data retention

I keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet any legal or accounting requirement (generally 10 years for invoicing documents in Switzerland).

In accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
