Terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all contractual relations between Floréa Créations and any person making a purchase on the website.

2. Products

Each Floréa creation is a unique, handmade work made with natural elements (pressed flowers). Because of their handcrafted nature, slight variations from the photographs may occur. Products are offered while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Floréa Créations is not currently subject to VAT (small business regime). Delivery costs CHF 15 within Switzerland, or free collection in person, to be chosen at payment.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment is made securely via the Stripe platform (credit cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Switzerland. I take particular care with packaging to protect the integrity of the works. Delivery times are given for guidance only. Floréa Créations cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal services.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Given the unique and fragile nature of the works, returns are accepted only in the event of proven damage during transport. You have 14 days from receipt to report any problem, with supporting photos, to: info@floreacreations.ch. Bouquet preservation: payment is made when you book. If your event changes date, the booking moves at no charge. If you cancel before pressing starts, the amount is refunded less CHF 50 in booking fees; once pressing has started, no refund is possible. If the format has to change once the bouquet has arrived, the difference is adjusted.

7. Intellectual property

All works, images and texts on the website are the exclusive property of Floréa Créations. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is in Switzerland.
