How to prepare your bouquet for shipping
A few simple steps so your flowers arrive safely and keep their beauty.
Important
Send your bouquet within 24 to 48 hours of your wedding, to keep the flowers as fresh as possible.
Step by step
The steps

Keeping the stems hydrated
Gently wrap the stems of your bouquet in slightly dampened kitchen paper.

Protection
Cover the paper with aluminium foil, then wrap everything in cling film to hold in the moisture during transport.

Packing
Place your bouquet in a sturdy cardboard box, large enough not to crush the flowers. Gently wedge the bouquet with paper so it stays firmly in place during transport.

Shipping
Choose an express service, ideally early in the week, so your bouquet reaches me as quickly as possible.
Before you close the box
A few more tips
- Add a clearly visible “Fragile” label to the box.
- Shake the box gently to check the bouquet doesn’t move.
- Let me know when you send it, so I can look out for its arrival.
